XenoDeploy
Deploy PHP sites from your Mac, with rollback.
Deploy Laravel, Statamic, Craft, WordPress and plain PHP sites to servers you control, over your own SSH. Every deploy shows you a plan first and a live log while it runs, the new release is checked before and after it goes live, and rollback is one click. No third party ever holds the keys to your servers.

What XenoDeploy will do
XenoDeploy’s engine is running against real servers in our development builds. Here is what the first release is being built to do. Details may change before release.
-
A plan before every deploy
See the commit, the files that will change, the hooks that will run and the migrations, before anything touches the server.
-
Atomic releases, one-click rollback
Each deploy is a new release folder, switched live in one step. Rolling back points back to the previous one.
-
Checked before and after
A health check runs in the new release before it goes live, and XenoDeploy confirms PHP is actually serving it afterwards.
-
Drift detection
If files on the server changed since the last deploy, XenoDeploy stops and lists them instead of overwriting them.
-
Only what changed
Builds run from a clean copy of the commit being deployed, and only changed files cross the network.
-
Survives a closed laptop
The server side runs on its own, so a dropped connection never stops a migration halfway. Reconnect to follow it.
-
SSH setup, guided
Creates a key, adds a backed-up entry to your SSH config and checks the connection. It never sees your server password.
-
Stack presets
Presets for Laravel, Statamic, Craft, WordPress and plain PHP set up hooks, shared files and health checks.
-
Works on shared hosting
Any host with SSH and PHP. Nothing is installed on the server, and hosts that can’t use release folders get an in-place sync with a snapshot to restore.
Nothing between your Mac and your server
Hosted deploy services keep SSH access to every server you connect. XenoDeploy runs from your Mac, through your own SSH agent and ~/.ssh/config. Your settings live on your Mac rather than in a client’s repository, and the server’s .env is edited over SSH, never stored locally.
- No server component and no account
- No telemetry
- Every command it runs is shown in the log, ready to copy
$ xenodeploy ssh setup
$ xenodeploy plan production
$ xenodeploy deploy production
$ xenodeploy rollback production
